- No Pets
- Balance due upon check in.
- Rates are based on two people. (Each additional person is $20.00 per day.)
- $10.00 additional for Friday and Saturday night rentals only.
- Prices subject to 12% sales tax.
- Check in: 1:00 PM.
- Check out: 10:30 AM.
- Arrangements must be made for late arrivals. (After 6:00 PM)
- Seasonal rates in effect for holidays.
- Special events, holidays, and short term seasonal rentals must be paid in full in advance. No refunds during these times due to our intimate size and distinct location.
- 90 Day cancellation policy at all other times with a 1 night rental penalty.
- No refunds on late arrivals and early departures.
- No multiple room rentals unless pre-approved.
- Security deposits may be required.
- Not handicap accessible.
