- $20.00 additional for Friday and Saturday night rentals only.

- Arrangements must be made for late arrivals (after 6:00 PM).
- Seasonal rates in effect for holidays.
- Deposit required to book.
- Special events, holidays, and short term seasonal rentals must be paid in full in advance. No refunds during these times due to our intimate size and distinct location.
- 90 day cancellation policy at all other times; deposit forfeit under 90 days.
- No refunds on late arrivals and early departures.
- No multiple room rentals unless pre-approved.
- Security deposits may be required.
